This is the last place we stayed at during our Bali travels. I wanted a place away from the hustle and bustle, a glimpse of authentic Bali. This place is perfect for it. Picture yourself in the middle of rice fields, next to a small village. The sounds of frogs and Hindu ceremonies afar at night. Watching mount Agung and rice farmers while having amazing food at the hotel restaurant during the day... It's perfect if you want to sit back and sink in Bali. You won't find a cab or a souvenir shop here, instead, walk around the village and spot the many fruit trees around. Book a cooking class in the traditional Balinese kitchen or a Balinese massage. Just enjoy. This is Bali!

Amazing staff. The staff is the friendliest people you will meet. The room itself is good and comfortable. We even took a cooking class here (they also have many other experiences you can choose from) and the cooking experience was really amazing. We got to cook several dishes and learned so much, they even shown us their veggies garden! The location is far away, so perfect if you want to just relax. Getting a taxi can get a little pricy but the hotel staff did a incredible job to help us and always friendly and smiling. The day we had to leave early they even made us a breakfast box so we wouldnt go hungry. The resort itself is beautiful as well and from the restaurant you can see luscious green rice paddies. This was a small peak into traditional Balinese culture and we highly recommend. The Eco Stay was beautiful, and peaceful away from the city. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Be aware that you are in the middle of the rice fields, so there are bugs, geikos, etc. and no AC (thus the eco stay) but it was a great place to unplug. I cannot recommend the cooking class enough! The best food we had our whole time in Bali!

Great place, highly recommended. I came here with a French day trip tour group and immoderately loved it. It's still the old Bali how I know it from 25 years ago. We only had lunch but the villas looked great.

This place is very Nice for some days of relaxation - and ecuality . Its autentic farm / country location makes it quiet an experience - the staff is very friendly, the seperat House style rooms and great food makes it perfect for a getaway - i Will indeed recomment every one to try this - thanks to all the staff ❤️

We loved everything about this place. It’s immersed in nature, in the middle of beautiful nowhere, with only 7 rooms. The staff is super sweet, mostly from the nearby village, some still in training and multi tasking. Yet we got impeccable service. The rooms are beautifully designed in traditional Balinese style . We signed up to the cooking class which included an early morning trip to the local market with a friendly guide and getting to eat our own four course meal for lunch. It was lots of fun. We had a great time in this special place, away from the crowds. If you’re looking for a genuine friendly and full of charm experience, this is your place. Not to mention that the food was delicious throughout. I read the older reviews criticising the food and I can’t explain them unless they got a new cook since because it was delicious and good value for money. The pool was lovely and sun exposed if you get your timing right but the sun is so hot that we were glad to be in the shade. I could not recommend this place enough!

I booked this hotel four 4 nights and absolutely loved the place! You are staying in the middle of a rice field farm and it's wonderful! The area is very quiet, got can fall asleep in absolute silence listening to the crickets, frogs and geckos. HUGE bathtub, which was great after 4 hours of hiking. The hotel offers trips you can book the day in advance. I did several trips, tree long trek and cooking classes on the hotel grounds. Both trips were a lot of fun! The only downside was no air conditioner, but that's not a problem! I knew that when I booked it, just open the windows, turn on your fan and let the mosquito nets down on your bed! You will have an amazing sleep!!!! From check in to check out all of the staff wax very friendly, very helpful and loved my stay! Enjoy

What an honor to stay at this eco friendly place. The hotel surrounded by breathtaking atmosphere to get away from crowd, really homey place. Breakfast selection is beyond amazing, tasty food. The idea from the hotel owner was really impressive, he wants to introduce how Balinese cultures truly are. They even organized everyone from villagers with Balinese art skills to performing nice show. I would recommend this place to everyone who feelings overwhelmed with work and need someplace to get away from.
